3. License Key Storage

If you purchase EmailVac Pro, your license key is stored locally using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data stays on your device. We verify license keys against our licensing server (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) only to confirm validity — no personal or email data is transmitted during this check.

4. Gmail Integration

EmailVac uses Google's official Gmail API with OAuth 2.0 to access your Gmail inbox. This means:

You explicitly grant permission via Google's secure OAuth flow.
EmailVac only requests the minimum permissions needed to read and manage your messages.
Your Gmail access token is stored locally on your device and never sent to EmailVac servers.
You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

EmailVac's use of Gmail data is limited to the functionality described in this policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Yahoo Mail Integration

EmailVac reads your Yahoo Mail inbox directly from the Yahoo Mail web interface using your existing browser session. No Yahoo credentials are collected or stored by EmailVac. All processing happens locally in your browser.

6. Payment Information

Pro plan purchases are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. EmailVac never sees or stores your credit card details. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.

7. Cookies

EmailVac does not use cookies on this website or within the extension beyond what is strictly necessary for the extension to function (such as browser session cookies used by Gmail and Yahoo Mail themselves).
