EmailVac is a Chrome browser extension developed and operated by SSM Goods. Our website is https://emailvac.com and you can contact us at [email protected].
EmailVac is designed with privacy as its core principle. We collect no personal data from your email accounts. Specifically:
If you purchase EmailVac Pro, your license key is stored locally using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data stays on your device. We verify license keys against our licensing server (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) only to confirm validity โ no personal or email data is transmitted during this check.
EmailVac uses Google's official Gmail API with OAuth 2.0 to access your Gmail inbox. This means:
EmailVac's use of Gmail data is limited to the functionality described in this policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
EmailVac reads your Yahoo Mail inbox directly from the Yahoo Mail web interface using your existing browser session. No Yahoo credentials are collected or stored by EmailVac. All processing happens locally in your browser.
Pro plan purchases are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. EmailVac never sees or stores your credit card details. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.
EmailVac does not use cookies on this website or within the extension beyond what is strictly necessary for the extension to function (such as browser session cookies used by Gmail and Yahoo Mail themselves).
EmailVac is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of EmailVac after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
